What we collect.
Short version: only what you send us in the contact form, plus anonymous page counts. We do not track you across other websites and we do not sell anything to anyone.
Who we are.
YellowCC is a web studio based in Cape Town, South Africa, run by Sean Nkiwani. If you need to reach us about anything on this page, email seannkiwani5@gmail.com.
What we collect.
Only two things, and one of them is anonymous.
- The contact form. Your name, email address, company name if you give one, the type of project you selected, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else, and nothing hidden.
- Anonymous page analytics. Which pages were viewed and how quickly they loaded. This is aggregate and is not tied to you.
Why we have it.
The contact form exists so we can reply to you. That is the only thing we use it for. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not pass your details to anyone else, and we do not send follow-up marketing unless you ask us to.
The analytics exist so we can see which pages are worth keeping. They tell us a page was viewed. They do not tell us who viewed it.
Cookies.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you were never shown a cookie banner. Our analytics are Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, both of which are cookieless and do not follow you to other websites.
Who else touches your data.
Three companies, each doing one job:
- Vercel hosts this website and provides the anonymous analytics.
- Resend delivers the contact form to our inbox. They handle the message in transit.
- Google, if you arrived from a search. We use Google Search Console, which reports which searches showed our pages. It reports totals, not people.
Because we work with clients in the United States as well as South Africa, these providers may process data outside South Africa.
How long we keep it.
Enquiries stay in our email so we have a record of what was discussed. If you would rather we did not keep yours, say so and we will delete it.
Your rights.
Under South Africa's POPIA, and under the GDPR if you are in the UK or EU, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it. We will not ask you why, and there is no form to fill in.
Changes.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. It was last updated on 13 August 2026.
